Sean is an integral member of the Tyton Partners Investment Banking team. As Vice President, Sean has a significant amount of client interaction, often acting as the day-to-day point of contact with Tyton’s clients.
He works directly with the Partners and Managing Directors, handling the routine as well as specialized process logistics across active client engagements. Sean is responsible for leading the Associates and Analysts in researching and drafting Confidential Information Memoranda, preparing pitch presentation materials including the development of valuation materials, buyers lists, and market trends research. He also works alongside the Managing Partners, Partners, Managing Directors, and Senior Advisors in marketing his deals, performing outreach to potential buyers and investors as well as negotiating terms of initial and final agreements between transaction participants. Sean adds inimitable strategic insight to the team by leveraging his background, education, and experience.
Previously, Sean was a Vice President at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, a lower-middle market investment bank and broker/dealer in New York, where he focused on Technology, Media, Healthcare, and Private Equity transactions, a Vice President at Pegasus Intellectual Capital Solutions, a lower-middle market boutique investment bank in Chicago, as well as a Senior Associate at MD Global Partners, a boutique lower-middle market investment bank and broker/dealer in New York.
Prior to business school, Sean co-founded a small jewelry store in South Florida, eventually growing it to one of the largest single-standing full-service fine jewelry stores in the Southeastern United States.
