Cait Glennen joined Tyton Partners in January 2021 as a Senior Associate in the strategy consulting practice.
Prior to her time at Tyton, Cait spent almost seven years at Southern New Hampshire University. She developed a passion for education and workforce development during her time in career services, where she worked to build bridges between academia and industry. As part of her work, she developed the University’s first micro-internship program for online students, which later went on to win national awards for student engagement. For the last two years of her tenure with the University, she worked for the Innovation Center (formerly known as The Sandbox). Here she worked on a variety of projects including income share agreements, the future of work, COVID scenario and strategy development, and other projects focused on the 2030 education landscape.
Cait received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Randolph College (formerly Randolph Macon-Woman’s College) in Lynchburg, Virginia. She minored in global studies and American culture with a special focus on imperialism in the Caribbean. She is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, and stays connected to the K-12 space as a high school volleyball coach.
