Jim Lechleitner is a Senior Advisor in the investment banking practice at Tyton Partners, bringing deep experience across transactions, strategy, and innovation within the education and workforce development sectors. He advises founders, investors, and corporate leaders on capital raises, M&A, and strategic positioning across the global knowledge economy—with a particular focus on solutions that connect learning and work.

He draws on extensive operating experience at the intersection of emerging technology and the frontline workforce, having helped design and scale technology-enabled platforms at Unmudl, EmployBridge, and UpSmith. His work has centered on closing skilled labor gaps and expanding access to high-quality career pathways through partnerships between employers, educators, and workers.

Jim began his career in Greater Asia, focusing on cross-border transactions, growth strategy, and capital formation. His work advising companies and investors on U.S.–China partnerships, regional expansion, and strategic financing deepened his expertise in international markets and cross-cultural collaboration—perspectives that continue to shape his approach to advising clients in today’s globally connected knowledge economy.
