Andrea joined Tyton Partners in 2019 as a principal in the strategy consulting practice.

Prior to joining the company, Andrea earned her MBA at the Yale School of Management, where she worked with McKinsey & Co. to lead the revamp of a Fortune 100 company’s regional pipeline conversion strategy, establishing their addressable market and risk factors for future growth.

Before graduate school, Andrea worked at J.P. Morgan Chase’s Private Banking practice. There, she helped drive increase in book size from $1.5 to $1.85B y/y by partnering with team of specialists in credit, investment and succession strategies to create customized solutions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices and foundations across Latin America. Prior to that role, she worked with J.P. Morgan’s investment banking division, managing a portfolio of investments in renewable energy and affordable housing projects.

In addition to her MBA from the Yale School of Management, Andrea holds a B.Sc. in Finance from DePaul University (Summa Cum Laude), where she led a language and cultural exchange program for the local immigrant community. Originally from Cartagena, Colombia, Andrea is also fluent in Spanish and Italian.
