Charlotte Groves is a Business Development Representative at Tyton Partners and joined the firm in 2023 in the Strategy Consulting Practice.
Prior to joining Tyton, she was a Corp member with Teach for America in South Carolina where she taught at the elementary level. She has completed over 400 hours of DEI training and volume 1 of LETRS which focuses on the Science of Reading literacy instructional practices. While teaching, her students exceeded over 1.5 years of growth per their NWEA MAP scores.
Before teaching, Charlotte started her career at NewDay USA, a fintech company specializing in the mortgage business. In her role, she learned every aspect of the sales cycle and financial transactions to assist clients in purchasing a mortgage.
Charlotte Groves holds a B.S. with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from the University of Delaware. At the University of Delaware, Charlotte was a Public Relations Communication Assistant where she published several articles around civil dialogue. While in college, Charlotte was also a middle school lacrosse coach. She grew up in Wilmington, DE and loves to travel while also picking up hobbies like pickleball and interior design.
