Helen Chen

Helen joined Tyton Partners in August 2022 as an Associate in the strategy consulting practice.

Prior to Tyton Partners, Helen worked for 2 years as a data and policy consultant at Acumen LLC, a U.S. healthcare policy consulting firm, where she developed new methodologies to quantify the impact of administrative actions and forecasted $2M annual return on investment for our client. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted international comparative education research at the German Economic Institute in Cologne, Germany, as well as education field research in Xi’an, China with Stanford’s Rural Education Action Project (REAP) to analyze the school dropout landscape in rural China. She also interned at the World Bank as a short-term consultant and worked on a Kenyan road safety awareness project. Outside work, Helen likes classical music, movies, paintings, food, travelling, skiing, and ice skating. Originally from Suzhou, China, and lived in the U.K., U.S., and Germany, Helen has travelled extensively around the world and is a speaker of English, Mandarin, French and German.

Helen holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University and an M.Ed. in Learning, Design, Innovation, and Technology (LDIT) from Harvard University.
