Kerry Condon

Kerry Condon is a Principal at the firm and joined Tyton Partners in January 2022 in the strategy consulting practice.

Prior to joining Tyton Partners, Kerry worked as internal strategy consultant to senior finance leadership at the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill. While at UNC, Kerry led analysis and strategy related to university budget models, tuition policy, state funding formulas, OPM relationships, and new academic programs. Kerry also worked as a contractor for the rpk GROUP, translating her on-the-ground experience navigating COVID-19 at UNC into investment strategies for colleges and universities managing federal and state relief dollars.

Prior to UNC, Kerry worked for a small, innovative HBCU in southern Dallas – Paul Quinn College. As a key staff member in the President’s Office, Kerry’s portfolio included everything from generating and managing a multi-million dollar grant portfolio to running a nationally-renowned 2-acre organic farm located on the school’s former football field. An Urban Work College, Kerry served as a staff mentor to 30+ students, providing on-the-job training and coaching to afford students an education where they could graduate with work experience and less than $10K in debt.

Kerry started her career in Rhode Island as an AmeriCorps VISTA managing the Governor’s PK-16 Council and later as a special projects coordinator for a higher education consortium. While there, she worked to build partnerships between K-12 schools and colleges and universities around college access and success. This work culminated in the creation of the state’s postsecondary attainment goal.

Kerry Condon earned a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a B.A. in English and Political Science from UNC Chapel Hill.
