Nicholas is a Director at Tyton Partners having joined the strategy consulting practice in 2016. He has worked across numerous client and project types and oversees Tyton’s human capital management business development efforts. 

Before joining Tyton Partners, Nicholas served as the Chief Operations Officer for Breaker. Breaker trains young people between the ages of 14-26 in high-level, employable skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. To accomplish this, Breaker uses local, national, and global challenges like food waste to introduce participants to a problem-solving process that lends immediacy and purpose to their learning

Prior to joining Breaker, Nicholas served as an officer in the United States Army. He deployed overseas on several occasions conducting counterinsurgency, logistics, and humanitarian operations. Nicholas currently serves in a part-time role as a Venture Partner for Beyond Capital Ventures. Beyond Capital is an impact investment fund offering a diversified portfolio of Seed & Series A social ventures throughout India and East Africa.

Nicholas earned his BA from Johns Hopkins University, MBA from Columbia Business School, and MIA from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs.
