Sheila Milon

Sheila joined Tyton Partners in August 2022 as an Analyst in the strategy consulting practice.

Before joining Tyton Partners, Sheila worked with the Boston Consulting Group’s Data & Research Services Team and collaborated on a cosmetic conglomerate’s product strategy project and internal DEI efforts. Prior to BCG, Sheila externed for the CEO Team at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, a charter school network serving under-resourced communities in Los Angeles, where she added to an enrollment forecasting model and identified top competitors in the in-home care services industry. Sheila continued her work with the Mayor’s Office of Los Angeles and a coalition of attorneys, where she assisted small business owners of color with funding applications and business strategy practices to increase foot traffic in response to COVID-related disruptions and racial injustice.

Sheila holds a deep passion for education, as demonstrated by her co-founding of Everytown for Gun Safety’s Summer Leadership Academy, where she crafted trauma-informed curricula on a national level. She also mentored first-generation, low-income students through Dartmouth’s FYSEP Program, participated in a congressional education policy fellowship with the Leadership for a Diverse America Policy Corps, and interned with CollegePath LA, a nonprofit that supports first-generation students pursuing higher education, to create a student database for college and career readiness resources.

Sheila holds a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies, International Studies, and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Dartmouth College. While at Dartmouth, Sheila contributed to several advocacy groups and reform initiatives and was bestowed the Georgina Tugwell Russo ’77 and Thomas A. Russo ’77 Scholarship for scholar-teachers dedicated to poverty research and public service.
