Before joining Tyton Partners, McQella worked at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Museum. McQella managed education programming and collaborated with USOPM leadership to develop a K12 SEL curriculum focused on youth and educator resiliency.
Prior to the USOPM, McQella held multiple roles at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. She supported the personal, professional, and educational pursuits of active and retired Team USA athletes while working in Athlete Career & Education, and spearheaded the annual FLAME Program for young people of color pursuing careers in sport during her time with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team.
McQella earned her undergraduate degree in biology & ecology from Colorado College.
