As a Business Development Representative, she works closely with firm leaders to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and align services to evolving needs. With a background spanning workforce development, early childhood education, and nonprofit engagement, Claire brings direct experience helping organizations scale while staying mission-driven.

Before joining Tyton Partners, Claire was a Business Services Associate at JVS Boston, where she helped Boston-area businesses expand and retain their workforce. She worked directly with employers to leverage training programs, recruit talent, and build more sustainable workforce strategies. Earlier in her career, Claire was a preschool teacher at an integrated school for children with special needs in New York, collaborating with therapists, educators, and families to support students through individualized education programs.
