About Imani
Imani Majied is an Associate at Tyton Partners, where she brings cross-sector experience spanning education leadership, human capital consulting, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Her work is grounded in helping clients tackle complex challenges with efficiency and empathy.
Before joining Tyton in 2025, Imani served in leadership roles across K–12 education and the nonprofit sector. As Director of High School Placement & Success at Alexander Twilight Academy, she led student placement efforts, secured over $25 million in financial aid, and built partnerships with 60+ independent schools to expand access for historically underrepresented students. At The Hotchkiss School, she drove multicultural recruitment strategies and contributed to schoolwide DEI initiatives that advanced student belonging and success.
Earlier in her career, Imani was a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, where she supported organizational change efforts for federal agencies. She co-developed Deloitte’s “Human-Centered Change” methodology—an approach that integrates stakeholder voice, design thinking, and equity into transformation strategy.
Imani is driven by a commitment to equity, student success, and systems-level impact. She approaches each engagement with curiosity, collaboration, and a belief in the power of inclusive design to drive lasting change.
