Charlotte Parish is an Executive Assistant at Tyton Partners and joined the firm in 2024 in the Strategy Consulting Practice.
Prior to Tyton, Charlotte was a public educator, teaching high school English from 2015 to 2022. She then transitioned into the role of Executive Assistant at Iterative Health before finding her way back to the knowledge sector and Tyton Partners. Charlotte is also a volleyball coach and player advocate, focused on racial and intersectional equity. She is proud to have co-founded DIG (digvb.org) in 2020, which empowers Black and Latine volleyball athletes.
Charlotte holds a Bachelors in English and Secondary Education, as well as an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College.
