About Charlotte

Charlotte Parish brings a dynamic blend of educational pedagogy, social justice leadership, and operational expertise to her role as Executive Assistant at Tyton Partners. As a key member of the Strategy Consulting Practice, she ensures seamless operations, enabling the team to focus on delivering high-impact advisory work across the education sector.

Charlotte taught for seven years as a public-school English teacher, where she incorporated project-based learning and designed an inclusive classroom guided by Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Her commitment to equity and student engagement shaped her approach to problem-solving via building systems that work for all people. She later transitioned into executive support in the AI med-biotech sphere. Now at Tyton, she supports strategic initiatives that advance innovation across the education sector.

Beyond her role at Tyton, Charlotte is an advocate for equity in sports. As cofounder of DIG (digvb.org), she champions racial and intersectional equity in volleyball, creating pathways for marginalized athletes. She holds a Bachelor’s in English and Secondary Education and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction from Boston College.
