Delaney Kerkhof is a Principal at Tyton Partners and joined the firm in September 2024 in the Strategy Consulting practice.
Prior to joining Tyton, Delaney earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. While in graduate school, Delaney led the MIT Education Club and consulted with the MA Education Commissioner to combat chronic absenteeism. She interned with Tyton during the summer of 2023.
Delaney brings 5+ years of experience in school operations and teaching. Prior to graduate school, Delaney was a Director of Regional Operations and a high school Dean of Operations at Summit Public Schools Charter Network, where she led through COVID school closures and reopenings. She was also an Education Pioneers Fellow with Chicago Public Schools in the summer of 2024, where she supported the Law Department in collective bargaining negotiations. Delaney began her career as a teaching fellow at a private school in London.
Delaney holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in Public Policy from Princeton University, where she was a four-year member of the track and field team.
