Isabel Silvia is a Sales Support Specialist at Tyton Partners and joined the firm in July 2024 in the Strategy Consulting Practice.

Prior to Tyton, Isabel was a Middle School Humanities Co-teacher at Greenwich Country Day School, teaching 7^th grade English and 8^th grade History, as well as coaching soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse. Before her time at GCDS, Isabel spent a year at Options Group, a financial services focused executive search firm, as a Research and Execution Associate within their Sell Side Practice, focusing on Fixed Income Sales and Trading.

Isabel Silvia holds a BA Business and Communication Studies from St. Lawrence University (2022).
