Isabel Silvia thrives at the intersection of strategy, education, and operations. As a Sales Support Specialist at Tyton Partners, she plays a key role in streamlining business development efforts, ensuring seamless client engagement, and supporting initiatives that drive impact in the education sector. With experience in both the classroom and the corporate world, she brings a unique perspective to her work, combining an educator’s insight with a strategist’s mindset.

Before joining Tyton Partners, Isabel taught 7th-grade English and 8th-grade History at Greenwich Country Day School, where she helped students build critical thinking and analytical skills. She also coached soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse, demonstrating her commitment to mentorship beyond the classroom. Prior to that, she worked as a Research Execution Associate at Options Group, a financial services-focused executive search firm, specializing in Fixed Income Sales and Trading.

Isabel’s ability to connect ideas across industries allows her to support Tyton’s consulting team in identifying opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and driving growth. Whether in education, business, or on the field, she’s passionate about helping individuals and organizations succeed.
