Joe Rabison is a Principal at Tyton Partners and joined the firm in January 2024 in the strategy consulting practice.
Prior to joining Tyton Partners, Joe earned an MBA from Yale School of Management. While in graduate school, Joe was a Design & Innovation Club Leader and an Education Club member. He interned with Tyton Partners during the summer of 2022. Upon graduation, Joe completed an EdTech Fellowship with StudyHall.AI as an AI Product and Training Data Fellow.
Joe brings over a decade of experience in public education as a teacher, academic dean, and leadership coach for schools across the United States. He began his career as a Teach For America Corps Member in the South Bronx, NY, earning recognition as the New York Regional Finalist winner for the national TFA Sue Lehmann Excellence in Teacher Leadership Award. As a teacher at Achievement First Bushwick Middle School in Brooklyn, NY, Joe led his 8th grade class to score #1 on the NY State Math Exam out of all 1,960 public middle schools in New York State. As a leadership coach, Joe coached principals and deans and designed and led professional development for cohorts of school leaders within different school systems. Joe also has experience designing curriculum and assessments for both Math and ELA.
Joe holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, an MAT from Relay Graduate School of Education (TFA partnership), and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Wesleyan University.
