Megan Gilbert

Megan Gilbert is an Analyst at Tyton Partners in the Strategy Consulting Practice. She joined the team as a six-month co-op in 2023 and joined full-time in 2024.

Before Tyton, Megan was a marketing co-op within the Social Impact and GAMMA practice areas at Boston Consulting Group. There, she helped drive end-to-end marketing efforts and analyzed multi-channel campaigns to optimize ROI. Megan was also a TAMID Project Leader for the pro-bono consulting team to develop a long-term marketing strategy for a tech start-up and a Venture Analyst at IDEA, Northeastern’s venture accelerator.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from Northeastern University, with concentrations in Brand Management and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
