About Megan
Megan Gilbert is an Associate at Tyton Partners, bringing a strong foundation in marketing, social impact consulting, and strategic analysis. She joined the firm full-time in 2024 after a six-month co-op in 2023, where she quickly established herself as a key contributor in market research, product strategy, and business growth initiatives.
Megan’s expertise lies at the intersection of education, strategy, and impact. Before Tyton, she worked in the Social Impact and GAMMA practice areas at Boston Consulting Group, leading end-to-end marketing efforts and analyzing multi-channel campaigns to optimize engagement and ROI. She has also advised early-stage ventures as a TAMID Project Leader and a Venture Analyst at IDEA, Northeastern University’s venture accelerator, helping companies refine their market positioning and growth strategies.
Megan is driven by a passion for improving educational equity and access. She brings a data-driven, solution-oriented approach to every engagement, helping clients navigate change and create lasting impact.
