Mikaela Hammel is a Principal at Tyton Partners, where she focuses on strategic consulting across sectors, leveraging market research expertise and data-driven insights to help clients navigate challenges and pursue growth opportunities.
Before joining Tyton Partners in early 2023, Mikaela earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, gaining hands-on experience through internships at Climb Credit, ClassEquity, Leland, and Tyton itself. During her time at Kellogg, she also founded and captained the school’s women’s soccer team, demonstrating her leadership both on and off the field.
Earlier in her career, Mikaela served as a Director at Kantar, managing brand equity and ad testing projects and leading qualitative and quantitative research across diverse industries. She began her professional journey at Ipsos as a research analyst, focusing on customer loyalty and satisfaction research, building a foundation of analytical rigor that continues to shape her strategic approach.
Mikaela holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago, where she earned All-American honors in track and field. Her competitive spirit and focus on excellence fuel her work as she supports organizations in the education, workforce, and investment sectors.
