Chris Rudnicki thrives on solving complex challenges and making systems work smarter. As Chief Operations Officer of the strategy consulting practice at Tyton Partners, he ensures that the firm’s consulting services run efficiently, effectively, and at the highest level of impact. With a background that spans education, workforce development, and strategic operations, he brings both analytical rigor and a deep understanding of how organizations function best.
Chris joined Tyton Partners in 2019 as a Principal, bringing experience in strategy, research, and project management from roles across education-focused companies, institutions, and advisory firms. He previously worked at Harvard Business School, Burning Glass Technologies (now Lightcast), and TDC, a nonprofit-focused management consulting firm. Along the way, he founded and led Project Tugboat, a company that helped unemployed professionals navigate career transitions with data-driven guidance.
