About Jay
As an Associate at Tyton Partners, Jay Anand brings hands-on experience in teaching, mentorship, and program leadership, providing insights that shape his approach to solving complex challenges in the education sector.
Before joining Tyton, Jay was a Teach for America Corps member in Dallas ISD, where he taught high school math in an early college program. Beyond the classroom, he spearheaded testing strategies for dual enrollment, guided students through graduation planning, and led social-emotional learning initiatives. He also coached the school’s tennis team to back-to-back district championships.
Jay’s expertise extends beyond traditional education settings—he has taught web development as a Kode with Klossy instructor and gained industry experience as a Tyton Partners intern. Now, he applies his deep understanding of education and strategy to help organizations navigate change, unlock opportunities, and drive lasting impact.
