Kerry Senckowski knows that the success of an organization starts from within. As Vice President of HR & Operations at Tyton Partners, she ensures that the firm’s people, processes, and infrastructure are positioned for long-term success. From talent acquisition to operational strategy, Kerry brings a sharp focus on efficiency, culture, and growth, helping teams work smarter and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Kerry first joined Tyton Partners in 2014, managing day-to-day operations across finance, HR, IT, and beyond. She later took on a leadership role as Director of Talent Operations at Oasys Water, a global water technology company focused on tackling water scarcity. There, she refined her expertise in human capital strategy and organizational management before returning to Tyton Partners in 2018 to lead HR and operations at a broader scale.

Earlier in her career, Kerry served as Regional Office Manager at Randstad Technologies, overseeing operations across five sales offices in New England. Her ability to streamline processes, strengthen teams, and foster an environment of collaboration has been a driving force throughout her career. At Tyton, she continues to shape the firm’s future—ensuring that both people and operations are aligned for impact.
