Before joining Tyton Partners, Nira worked in Talent Acquisition at Manulife/John Hancock, where she led campus recruiting efforts and helped bring top emerging talent into the organization. She developed strategies to identify and engage candidates, aligning hiring initiatives with long-term business goals. Her ability to connect people with opportunities and cultivate inclusive, high-impact teams has shaped her approach to human resources.
