In this annual report, you will find our second public analysis of key developments in the “Future of Work” investment landscape from the previous year with insights for 2024.

Whilst we are living in a period of crisis, unpredictability and rapid change, with growing skills gaps and a pressing need to adapt to AI and for a green transition, there are good reasons for hope. In our work, we explore the trends that emerged during the last year and continue into the next.
