Former operator and entrepreneur becomes the first elected partner in firm history
The leadership team at Tyton Partners is delighted to announce the next phase of the firm’s growth with the election of Jeff Dinski to partner in its consulting practice.
Jeff has been with Tyton Partners since June 2016 and has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and operator in the education and media spaces, having served in varied roles for both large conglomerates and start-ups. He routinely advises a broad range of education companies – from early childhood to K-12 to post-secondary education through corporate training on growth and market positioning strategies, as well as private equity fund sponsors on acquisition due diligence and portfolio company performance.
“Our leadership team believes Jeff is the ideal fit to be our first elected partner,” said Chris Curran, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Tyton Partners.
Before joining Tyton Partners, Jeff spent nearly four years at Parchment, an education technology company that is bringing academic and professional credentials online. He served first as Vice President of Business Development and then as General Manager of Consumer Services, overseeing all aspects of the consumer operation at Parchment including product development, P&L and Customer Support. Prior to Parchment, Jeff was the COO and co-founder of an online e-commerce company, which he sold in 2011. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked in the media industry, holding senior business development roles at Comcast and as a writer and producer at NBC Sports and ESPN, where he won an Emmy.
“Our entire organization has been impressed by Jeff’s accomplishments, including both extraordinary client results and standout examples of coaching, mentoring, and building great teams within our firm,” said Adam Newman, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Tyton Partners.
Jeff received his B.S.E in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with Honors.
Jeff resides in Weston, Florida with his wife and two daughters.
