Boston, MA, May 5, 2025. Tyton Partners, the leading strategy consulting and investment banking firm focused exclusively on the education and human capital sectors, is pleased to announce that Jody Cornish has joined its strategy consulting practice as a Director. 

Jody brings over two decades of leadership experience across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. She most recently served in fractional CEO and COO roles, supporting high-potential social enterprises to strengthen alignment between strategy, operations, and market realities. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at City Year, New Profit and Trium Group advising organizations on growth strategy, impact investing, and systems change.   She started her career in a research and consulting capacity at Monitor Group Consulting (now Monitor-Deloitte).  

Throughout her career, Jody has developed deep expertise in consulting, financial planning, and organizational development, working internationally in more than 40 countries. Her work spans education, youth development, mental health, and economic mobility — with a consistent focus on equity and innovation. She holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.A. in social psychology from Duke University, is a certified Executive Coach, and has further training in adult development from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and in negotiation and productive dialogue through the Action Design Institute.
