Hadley Dorn is a Principal at the firm and joined Tyton Partners in December 2020 in the strategy consulting practice.

Prior to joining Tyton Partners, Hadley worked as a Consultant at Quadrant Strategies, a market research firm based in D.C. At Quadrant, she advised clients in the Technology, Entertainment, and Non-Profit sectors on their most pressing brand and reputational challenges. In particular, she worked with multiple Fortune 150 technology companies providing strategic recommendations on how to best position their B2B service offerings. Before Quadrant Strategies, Hadley held internships at DOJ’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention as well as The Advance Group.

Hadley earned her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Amherst College. She is originally from Boulder, CO.
