Before joining Tyton Partners, she was a consultant at Quadrant Strategies, a D.C.-based market research firm, where she advised clients across the technology, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors on brand and reputational strategy. During her time at Quadrant, she provided strategic recommendations to multiple Fortune 150 technology companies on positioning their B2B service offerings.
A firm believer in the power of education to create opportunity, Hadley brings analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to every engagement. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College and resides in the Boston area.
