About Louise 

Louise Hay is an analyst at Tyton Partners, bringing a strong foundation in data analysis, program evaluation, and education to the firm’s Strategy Consulting Practice. She joined Tyton in September 2024, driven by a passion for strengthening educational initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic solutions. 

Before joining Tyton Partners, Louise contributed to research and evaluation efforts at the Public Health Management Corporation, analyzing program impact, presenting key findings, and synthesizing research to inform decision-making in education. She also spent time in the classroom as a Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia, where she guided 9th-grade students through hands-on science learning. At Middlebury College, Louise led the data analysis for a study on solitude skills, helping to shape conversations around student well-being and program effectiveness.

With a sharp analytical approach and a deep commitment to education, Louise helps organizations navigate challenges, optimize programs, and drive meaningful impact.
