Isaiah joined Tyton Partners in February 2021 as an analyst in the strategy consulting practice.
Prior to joining Tyton Partners, Isaiah interned at Maguire Associates—an education consulting firm in that specializes in enrollment management. There, Isaiah fielded a survey of admitted students and used data to construct statistical models to predict enrollment behavior and develop new strategies. Prior to his internship at Maguire Associates, Isaiah interned for Ithaka S+R— a not-for-profit think tank in New York. At Ithaka S+R, Isaiah researched faculty teaching and research practices, the transition from print to digital, and trends in survey methodology. These experiences culminated into an independent research project on student advising models at higher education institutions as part of the Sentinels Public Policy Fellowship.
Isaiah recently graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in history. While at Williams, Isaiah served on the Committee for Educational Affairs, advised first-years and sophomores as a peer advisor at the career center, and led the successful operation of the kosher kitchen at the Jewish Religious Center.
