Ria Bharadwaj

Ria joined Tyton Partners in 2021 as a senior associate in the strategy consulting practice and promoted to principal in 2022. 

Prior to joining Tyton, Ria was a research analyst at Human Capital Research Corporation. At HCRC, Ria used various data analytics methods to provide recruitment and financial aid strategy to a portfolio of colleges and universities across the US. Before working in enrollment management, Ria served as a DEI training curriculum specialist to faculty and staff at Princeton University. She began her career as a 7th grade special education math teacher in the South Bronx, NY through Teach for America.

Ria holds a PhD in social psychology and a Masters in Education. She also completed a post-doctoral teaching & research fellowship in social psychology at Harvard University. Ria earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
