About Amy

Amy Henrie brings a results-driven approach to strategy and innovation in the education sector. As a Senior Associate at Tyton Partners, she works closely with organizations to navigate complex challenges, leverage data-driven insights, and drive sustainable growth. Her expertise spans educational policy, stakeholder engagement, and analytics—helping clients translate vision into impact.

Before joining Tyton, Amy was an Outreach Manager at the Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR) at Harvard University, where she supported the Strategic Data Project, strengthening data capacity in education institutions to improve student outcomes. Prior to that, she worked on the frontlines of K-12 education as a School Counselor and Family Engagement Coordinator, developing initiatives that empowered students and families.

Amy holds a Master of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and dual bachelor’s degrees in Management and Psychology from Boston College. She is passionate about driving strategic change that enhances learning outcomes and institutional success.

Interests and Passion Projects

  • Travel is a huge part of my identity; I love spending time in new cities both in the US and internationally.

  • Running – I’m getting back into long-distance running. I’ve run the Boston Marathon twice, a handful of half marathons, and I’m currently training for the Newport Half. I love it as a way to decompress, get outside, or explore new places.

  • My kids! My eldest’s social calendar is slowly taking over my weekends, and the younger is now along for the ride.
