Sterling Martin is a Senior Associate at Tyton Partners, where he supports organizations navigating the education market and identifying opportunities for strategic growth. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has contributed to high-impact due diligence engagements and industry research, with a focus on higher education and digital learning.
Sterling’s work spans market sizing, competitive analysis, and survey research for both buy-side and sell-side engagements. He has supported multiple private equity firms and companies in evaluating investment opportunities and developing expansion strategies. His contributions include conducting competitive and market analyses for higher education transactions and playing a lead role in the research design and execution for Tyton’s Time for Class and Listening to Learners studies on digital learning and generative AI.
He also volunteers with UPchieve, an EdTech nonprofit, where he designs training programs for standardized test tutors and mentors high school students.
