About Victoria

Victoria Piccione brings a unique blend of hands-on classroom experience and strategic consulting expertise to her role as a Senior Associate at Tyton Partners. She joined the firm in 2024 as part of the Strategy Consulting Practice, where she helps education organizations tackle complex challenges and drive meaningful impact.

Victoria’s passion for education runs deep. Before entering the consulting world, she spent five years teaching in Massachusetts public and charter schools, most recently supporting multilingual learners as an English as a Second Language teacher in Brookline and Malden. Her time in the classroom reinforced her commitment to educational equity and gave her firsthand insight into the opportunities and barriers facing students and educators today.

Before her teaching career, Victoria worked at Altman Solon, a strategy consulting firm focused on the telecom, media, and technology sectors. There, she helped a K-12 literacy edtech startup craft its go-to-market strategy and led an extensive voice-of-customer initiative to guide a major media company in allocating its multibillion-dollar content budget.

Now at Tyton Partners, Victoria brings the same analytical rigor and mission-driven focus to her work with education organizations, helping them navigate a rapidly evolving landscape and expand their impact.
