Christian Lehr has built his career around inspiring growth, whether in classrooms or leadership teams. As a former teacher, advisor, and coach, he brings a deep understanding of the K-12 landscape and a relentless focus on helping clients navigate the complexities of the market.

At Tyton Partners, Christian specializes in market entry and expansion strategies, go-to-market planning, and product development. He helps education organizations and investors align their offerings with the evolving needs of schools, districts, and students, translating real classroom challenges into actionable, scalable business solutions.

Recent project highlights include:

  • Publishing the second installment of the Choose to Learn series, shaping the national conversation on K-12 parent agency and school choice.

  • Developing an M&A strategy for a leading K-12 charter management organization.

  • Building alignment among executive leadership and sponsors around a K-12 assessment provider’s near- and long-term growth strategy.

Before joining Tyton Partners, Christian served at Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City, where he was a founding core member of the flagship high school. As lead advisor, he worked closely with stakeholders to build capacity and accelerate student and teacher outcomes. Earlier in his career, Christian taught high school English and coached rugby in Baltimore as a Teach For America corps member.
